Project In-Charge

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of end-to-end experience managing residential land development and construction
• Proven track record of controlling project budget, schedule, quality, and safety
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, government, and stakeholders
• Willing to be based and work in Tanza or Naic, Cavite
