Position Title: Project In-Charge

Reports To: Top Management

JOB SUMMARY

The Project In-Charge is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and execution of the project on site. The role ensures that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure project activities follow the approved schedule and work plan
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly

Planning & Coordination

• Review drawings, technical plans, and specifications prior to execution
