Project In-Charge

The Project In-Charge is responsible for the overall site management of facade projects, ensuring that aluminum and glass installation works are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience as Project In-Charge or Site Engineer in facade, aluminum, and glass works
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum framing, and glass installation
• Able to read and interpret shop drawings and construction plans
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned on project sites (local or out-of-town)
• Computer literate (MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage)
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
