Project In-Charge

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications

Coordinates and monitor project requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance

Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for

proper and timely accomplishment of the project

Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper

execution of construction

Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and improve proper

sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project

Coordinates with the project's design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the

constructive activities

Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments

Prepares the daily and weekly accomplishment report and reports them to the Project Manager
