Duties and Responsibilities

A. Project Planning and Execution

• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules before implementation.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower loading, and equipment utilization plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure that project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other technical professionals regarding project requirements and changes.

B. Site Management

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Implement construction methods that meet design and safety standards.
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Monitor work quality and workmanship; conduct daily site inspections.

C. Resource Management

• Coordinate with the purchasing/logistics department for timely delivery of materials.
