Project In-Charge

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsible for preparing and consolidating daily accomplishment reports and ensuring that project status and major issues are relayed to the Operations/Project Manager, especially those that may affect client relations.
• Ensure the effective and timely implementation of all site activities and operations in accordance with contract obligations.
• Represent the project site in coordination meetings and communicate project requirements to both site team and management.
• Oversee and ensure that installations and works at the site strictly follow approved for construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Assist AutoCAD Operator for all incoming and revised electrical plan issued by design and engineering for compiling documentation.
• Coordinate with the project management team for additional requirements such as manpower, materials, and equipment to support site operations.
