Project In-Charge

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Plan, organize, and supervise all site activities to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
2.Monitor project progress, daily accomplishments, and resource usage (labor, materials, and equipment).
3.Ensure that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
4.Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the Project Manager.
5.Implement and enforce company safety rules and ensure compliance with DOLE and local regulations.
6.Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safety measures are followed at all times.
7.Inspect works regularly to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
8.Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
9.Prepare material requests, delivery receipts, and site records for documentation.
10.Assist in validating work accomplishments for billing and payroll preparation.
