Project In-Charge

Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:

• If the project has no dedicated Project Manager at site, the Project-in-Charge (PIC) is the overall responsible on the site construction management of the project under the remote project management of the SP Group Project Manager or NSP Project Manager and COD Head.
• Attend pre-mobilization inspection with the Design Coordinator and Safety Officer. Determine if site is ready for hand-over by the owner and to start installation works, submit punch list to Design Coordinator, if site is not yet ready.
• Prepares and submits Material Requisition Slip (MRS) for the necessary tools, materials, and other project resources required for the implementation of the project for review and approval of COD approver/s.
