Project-in-Charge

Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and on-site execution of assigned projects. The PIC ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day project operations from start to completion
Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines; address risks and issues
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
Review and approve work accomplishments and billing documents
Prepare progress reports and present updates to management
Resolve on-site concerns, conflicts, and technical issues
Ensure proper documentation and turnover of completed projects
