Job Description

1 Overall support to the Project Manager with planning, management and control of project scope, schedule and budget including tracking and reporting and billing matters.

2 Undertake technical reviews of construction documents, contractor submittals, work plans and as-built drawings.

3 Assist in overseeing and ensure the proper documentation and procedures in billing.

4 Responsible for attending meetings with General Contractors and Clients together with or in the absence of the Project Manager.

5 Assists in developing technical specifications and assist with development of design drawings.

6 Perform quantity take-offs and develop construction estimates.

7 Responsible for the coordination of field work related to capital construction projects. <...
