Job Summary

The Project In-Charge for Mechanical Works is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all airconditioning and mechanical installation activities at the construction site. The role ensures that HVAC works are executed in accordance with approved plans, technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Project Planning & Execution

• Supervise and manage all on-site airconditioning and mechanical works
• Ensure HVAC installations comply with approved mechanical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Review plans, technical submittals, and method statements prior to execution
• Coordinate installation schedules with the overall construction program

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise mechanical engineers, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress of HVAC works
