Project in charge

Responsibilities

• Inspection and assessment of project site to get measurements and other technical operational data from client
• Monitoring of project implementation; ensures all standards and specifications are being followed in every site
• Prepares, schedules, coordinates, and monitors work activities on the assigned projects
• Ensures all safety protocols are being met at all sites
• Secures all needed documentation (e.g., project notebook, as-built drawings, commencement letter, and other documents pertinent to the assigned project)
• Maintains an active attitude towards project and client concerns to avoid or lessen delays that might affect company operations
• Provides technical advice and suggestions for the improvement of particular projects
• Acts as the company’s representative and interacts with the client; proper grooming must be met at all times
