Job Description
Basic Purpose:
To provide technical assistance in Engineering relative to construction technologies, methodologies, innovations, standards and specifications to be more competitive in the real estate industry.
Major Responsibilities:
A. Engineering
Reviews, evaluates and checks plans, bill of materials, specifications submitted / forwarded to Production to guarantee optimum / effective costs and plan for execution at project sites.
Coordinates / works with Planning and Design Architects / Engineers and Field Site Management Engineers by making studies on new trends, methodologies, technologies, techniques and current construction innovations in the construction industry. Prepares technical reports and recommendations for approval of management on applicability of new building systems, technologies, methodologies, techniques and construction innovations.
