Project Land Surveyor

The Opportunity

McElhanney Ltd. is looking for a commissioned Alberta Land Surveyor to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta, as a Project Land Surveyor. The incumbent will lead a variety of regional survey projects, including Crown Land surveys, road and utility infrastructure surveys, topographic surveys, and construction and engineering layout. This intermediate level role is ideal for a self‑driven, superior communicator who enjoys the challenge and satisfaction derived from being part of an established multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a team setting to establish project scope, budget and schedule, and other project or client expectations.
• Lead survey crews on projects and communicate scope and scheduling information to crew members.
