Effective communication, collaboration with key stakeholders and exceptionally strong drive will be essential to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Partner with C&PS Leaders to drive key initiatives (40%):

+ Assist SVP on selected initiatives.
+ Organize leadership meetings, write minutes and ensure follow-up.
+ Define and manage C&PS information collection and communication channels.
+ Collect OPEX and CAPEX bottom-up data from leaders and ensure timely consolidation.

1. Drive operational excellence for C&PS (60%):
