Project Lead – Coworking Space Setup

We are launching a 
new coworking space
 and are looking for a 
Project Lead
 who can take ownership from 
idea to execution
.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys 
building things from zero
, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and turning empty space into a fully functional, thriving workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end setup of the coworking space (planning → execution → launch)
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Manage timelines, budgets, and milestones
• Oversee furniture, IT, internet, security, and utilities setup
• Help define operational processes (front desk, memberships, onboarding, etc.)
• Support initial hiring and vendor onboarding
• Act as the single point of contact for setup and launch activities
