Project Lead – Coworking Space Setup

We are launching a new coworking space and are looking for a Project Lead who can take ownership from idea to execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things from zero, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and turning empty space into a fully functional, thriving workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end setup of the coworking space (planning → execution → launch)
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and service providers
Manage timelines, budgets, and milestones
Oversee furniture, IT, internet, security, and utilities setup
Help define operational processes (front desk, memberships, onboarding, etc.)
Support initial hiring and vendor onboarding
Act as the single point of contact for setup and launch activities
Ideal Profile:
Strong project management and coordination skills
Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, coworking, or operations is a plus
