Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Project Lead to drive the delivery of a series of large, strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. This role combines strong program governance and execution expertise with strategic portfolio oversight to manage a complex pipeline of initiatives, drive enterprise-wide prioritization, and ensure the realization of measurable business value.

The successful candidate will operate across all three business lines—Personal, Commercial, and Medical—partnering closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to manage demand intake, shape and scope initiatives, and deliver complex programs end-to-end within a structured Transformation Framework. The role is accountable for aligning initiatives to strategic objectives, managing interdependencies, mitigating risk, and ensuring clear benefits realization.

This position reports directly to the Country Head of Transformation
