Project Lead – Industrialization & External Manufacturing (Systems Products)

This is a key role within a strategic initiative focused on shaping the industrialization of next-generation power electronics systems. You will drive the industrialization, manufacturing readiness, and cost optimization of power electronics systems such as Intermediate Bus Converters (IBC), power cores / power stacks, and related assemblies. As the key interface between internal development teams and external manufacturing partners, you will ensure that product designs are manufacturable, scalable, cost-competitive, and ready for volume production.

Industrialization & Manufacturing Expertise

+ Lead the industrialization of power electronics systems from concept in the product definition phase through A/B/C/D samples in the product development phase to volume production
