Project Lead – Marketing Programs

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic Project Lead Officer to drive marketing programs and cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. This is not your typical PM role. You will operate like a right-hand executive, thinking ahead, anticipating needs, and creating repeatable, high-quality processes. You'll align internal stakeholders, manage external partners, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do:

• Lead marketing projects from concept to launch: define scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish project governance: RACI matrices, meeting cadences, action logs, risk/issue registers, and decision documentation.
• Serve as the hub for cross-functional alignment: Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and more.
