Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded People and Culture leader to join our Singapore office on a 13-month parental leave contract. Acting as the trusted right hand to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture MEA APAC, this role will lead high-impact transversal projects across the region and serve as a key link between Regional teams and Central Office.

This is a strategic and hands‑on opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments and can confidently manage multiple priorities across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading regional transformation initiatives including HRIS implementation, change management, and organisational design
• Acting as a senior advisor to the SVP on cross-functional MEA APAC projects
