Project Lead

You will support the Engineering Lead (Capex) in the delivery of both base spend and strategic capital projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with EHS, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Engineering Practice (GEP) requirement

Jobscope:

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, contractors, and functional specialists (EHS, GMP, operations, and users) to deliver capital projects from inception through to benefit realization.
• Develop and manage project proposals, including Situation-Target-Proposal (STP), Project Investment Proposals (PIP), and justification papers.
• Ensure facility design meets user requirements for operability and maintainability, aligned with global engineering and design standards.
• Manage and execute Capital project in compliance with Safety & Quality standards
