Project Lead - S&OP Program

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Sales & Operations (S&OP) Program Lead contributes to the structure, alignment, and continuous improvement of the organizationu2019s S&OP processes.
This role owns the cadence, readiness, facilitation, and follow u2011 through for the entire S&OP cycle. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager the S&OP Program Lead partners with Customer S&OP Champions, the Martin Brower Demand Planning team, the Restaurant Operations Planning (ROP) team, and the Supply Chain team to drive a disciplined, insight u2011 led S&OP routine that aligns demand and supply and improves service and cost outcomes.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Own and manage the full S&OP cycle, including calendar management, milestones, inputs, pre u2011 reads, meeting agendas, decision logs, and action trackers.
