Project Lead Supply Chain

**What you’ll do:**

This position will be based in Eaton’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune.
The person in this position will be responsible to execute Complex and critical Projects spanning across multiple Categories / multiple sites / business ledgers / suppliers directly impacting the organizational goal achievement in resiliency, cost out and revenue protection. This role will also play a crucial role in Process Standardization leading to Smoother project executions and implementations and will oversee the portfolio level process compliance management and reporting.

• Develop, plan, monitor and execute direct material cost out and resiliency projects with cross functional team involvement of mid to low complexity level.
• Report to senior leadership on the project Progress / escalations / roadblocks / feedback on regular basis
