Project Lead

Job Title: Project Director / Senior Lead (Construction & IT)
Reports To: Client (Owner) / Program Director
Location: On-site (Malaysia)

Role Overview:
To act as the primary Owner's Representative, leading the integrated project team to ensure the Data Center is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role bridges the gap between the physical building (Construction) and the technology infrastructure (IT Network), ensuring seamless alignment between the General Contractor's execution and the Client's functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Establish a trusted advisory relationship with the Client, translating their business goals into actionable project execution strategies.
• Project Controls: Oversee the Master Schedule and Project Budget. Review and recommend approval for Change Orders, Progress Claims, and contingency usage.
