Project Leader - Financial Services Consulting

What You'll Do

As a Project Leader/ Principal in BCG’s Financial Institutions Practice in Bogotá , you will lead consulting teams and work closely with senior executives at banks, fintech, and other financial institutions to address their most critical strategic and operational challenges. You will play a key role in structuring complex problems, developing recommendations, and ensuring projects deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.

You will collaborate with colleagues and industry experts across LATAM region and BCG’s global network to help clients navigate disruption, accelerate digital transformation, strengthen risk and regulatory capabilities, and unlock new growth opportunities.
