Job Purpose

To manage and coordinate the setup and launch of the bakery business, ensuring timely opening, cost control, and compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Setup & Planning

• Plan and manage the full setup of the bakery outlet from start to opening
• Prepare project timeline, milestones, and launch schedule
• Coordinate renovation, equipment installation, and utilities

Vendor & Cost Management

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Monitor work progress, quality, and deadlines
• Control project costs and prevent unnecessary expenses

Operations & Staff Setup

• Support recruitment and onboarding of bakery staff
• Coordinate staff training and operational workflow
• Ensure readiness of ingredients, packaging, POS, and inventory
