**Job Description:**

The Project Leader is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional projects and ensuring proper convergence between performance, cost, and timing objectives. This role acts as the central point of coordination and communication across multidisciplinary teams, driving project execution from concept through completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and coordinate complex projects following the VIGOR Product Development process.
+ Present project status and progress updates to senior leadership.
+ Manage and control project budgets, including cost tracking and financial projections.
+ Ensure compliance with project timelines and product performance objectives.
