**What you’ll do:**

+ Responsible for the successful execution of NP I(New Product Introduction) Projects. Lead the Integrated Program Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships.
+ This position is to contribute the organizational growth by providing the skill of planning, controlling, managing and getting results of new product development. Also, this position should ensure Eaton business system is deployed in right way.
