We are not looking for a Virtual Assistant. We are looking for a licensed
Civil Engineer

Architect
who is tired of site work and wants to transition into high-level US Construction Project Management.

You will function as a
Bid Logistics Unit
for top-tier US Commercial Subcontractors (Concrete, Steel, Drywall). Your job is to eliminate Bid Silence by managing the document control and follow-up process for multi-million dollar construction bids.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be trained on our proprietary
Tri-Phase Pursuit Protocol
. Your daily workflow includes:

• Plan Analysis (The Anchor):
  Reading US blueprints (S-Sheets/A-Sheets) to confirm specific scope items (e.g., verifying PSI concrete strength or steel grades).
• Bid Leveling (The Specialist):
  creating Leveling Sheets in Excel that compare our bid's Inclusions vs. Exclusions against competitors.
