BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): -Must have an understanding of Earned Value Management (EV) and experience with Project Management budgets. -Bachelor's Degree with 6 years in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree; A combination of experience and education maybe substituted in lieu of degree.
