Project Management and Business Analysis Lead - Americas Role purpose
The Project Management & Business Analysis Lead drives regulatory reporting and RWA programmes for the Americas, covering both change delivery and ongoing maintenance. The role supports Basel III reforms and other regulatory developments impacting calculations, data sourcing, processes and submissions across the US and Latin America, with additional alignment to PRA and local regulatory expectations. Working with Finance Operations, SMEs, Technology and Business Partners, you’ll define and manage requirements, plans, risks, testing, training and implementation.
