Job Description

Role / Responsibilities :

1.Project Portfolio Management

– Define project classification.

– Facilitate for projects & UR prioritization & control demand management.

– Release management for strategic project, roadmap project, OE project. Manage overall changes and value optimization.

– Prepare project portfolio analysis and performance dashboard to reflect efficiency of solution delivery. Provide report update for management.

– Align E2E project development process and gathering value reliazation of project delivery.

– Satisfaction survey from users and working team, analyze gap and provide initiative for improvement.

2.Project Management Standard & Framework

– Prepare standard and policy for project development process by collaborating with BSI, SDA, Head of Dev team and Operation, and ensure compliance (for waterfall and scrum/agile methodology).
