Project Management Engineer

Responsible for monitoring contract terms and conditions, tracking schedules and timely completion of special projects and land development, overseeing contractor performance and progress billings, managing project and subcontract closeouts and handovers, preparing monthly progress reports, and leading the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Registered Civil Engineer
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Project / Construction Management
• With QAQC experience
• Knowledgeable in Primavera
• Has experience in land development, multiple housing, or other horizontal projects
• Willing to be assigned in Tanza / Naic, Cavite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
