Project Management Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with the Project Managers (PM), Construction Managers (CM), and

Project Engineers (PE) during the pre-construction stage to properly plan

equipment requirements based on the approved construction schedule.

1. Review the master schedule and scope of works to identify required equipment

per phase (earthworks, piling, civil, electrical, module installation, etc.).

1. Prepare a detailed Equipment Resource Plan aligned with the construction

sequence, critical path activities, and project duration.

1. Coordinate with the Motorpool Department to validate equipment availability

and identify shortages or over-allocations across ongoing projects.

1. Develop and standardize the CAPEX request template including required data

fields such as technical specifications, justification, utilization data, breakdown
