Project Management Engineer (PJM)

Your Job
As the Project Management (PJM), you will lead and oversee projects from initiation through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure. You are accountable for the success of assigned projects, ensuring effective resource distribution across product families. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures, continuous process enhancements, and timely project delivery. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in influencing team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and uphold PBM culture within the company.
Our Team
You will be part of the DSS division, collaborating with internal functional departments across Molex and engaging with external vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. The team is focused on driving innovation through structured project management to support product development and capacity expansion.
