Project Management Intern

Enko Education is seeking a driven project management intern to work within our Product department, helping to scale and optimize the emblematic products developed to support our pan-African school network.   Responsibilities:

Roll-out and improve our teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM)





+ Drive continuous improvements to the recruitment workflow, reducing execution time and enhancing user experience



+ Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers, and interviewers



+ Analyze recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic recommendations
