Responsibilities

Roll‑out and improve our teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM)

Drive continuous improvements to the recruitment workflow, reducing execution time and enhancing user experience Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers, and interviewers Analyze recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic recommendations Design and implement communication strategies to engage partner schools and maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates Conduct targeted research and surveys to guide product evolution
