Job Description

The PMO Systems and Integration Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating PMO tools, systems, and processes to enhance project tracking, reporting, and governance. This role ensures seamless data flow between project management software, financial systems, and business intelligence tools while driving automation and standardization focusing on Rollout:

• Ensuring PMO operates on efficient, integrated systems
• Enabling better project visibility, decision-making, and scalability
• Managing large-scale rollout projects smoothly

Key Accountabilities

Selected candidate would be responsible for:

PMO Systems Management:

• Administer and maintain PMO tools (e.g., Click-on, Odoo, Digital Twin, Power BI, ERP systems).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across project management platforms.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support/training.
