Project Management Officer

Job Description :

• Oversee and manage end-to-end PMO functions, including the development, implementation, and governance of project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Leverage advanced MS Excel capabilities to design and maintain detailed project reports, dashboards, and resource planning tools. This includes strong proficiency in Excel formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis techniques.
• Manage and optimize project resources by overseeing allocation, scheduling, utilization, and tracking. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure resource availability and resolve allocation conflicts proactively.
• Define, track, and maintain project performance metrics and KPIs. Analyze project data to generate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to improve delivery outcomes.
