ABOUT THE JOB

• Establish and oversee governance frameworks to ensure effective management and delivery of Business Excellence and site-level projects.
• Develop and manage project templates, trackers, schedules, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure standardization and consistency across project management processes.
• Track progress of all projects under governance, including Site Master Plan, Lean/Six Sigma, and One Plan initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Escalate delays or issues through the appropriate governance channels.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly progress reports and consolidate updates from workstream leads.
• Support preparation for leadership reviews, tier meetings, and project discussions.
