Project Management Officer Specialist (Project Based)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

• Minimum 10–15 years experience in project estimation and resource planning

• Understand project estimation tools and manpower calculation

• Strong analytical and validation skills

• Understand project governance and planning

• Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customer site in Jakarta

• Willing to work full time

• Willing to be hired under PKWT Project Contract for Lintasarta

Scope of Work:

• Review project effort estimation and resource requirements

• Validate manpower calculation and resource planning

• Analyze project estimation methods and tools

• Provide recommendations for project resource planning

• Support project evaluation from planning and estimation perspective
