Project Management

Requirements

· College degree or above; major in Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred

· –3 years of experience in factory setup, engineering projects, or manufacturing; strong fresh graduates may be considered

· Basic understanding of factory setup processes or project management is a plus

· Proficient in MS Office with good documentation and data organization skills

· Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with cross-functional teams

· Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and attention to detail

· Willing to travel, work on-site, and support overtime during critical project phases

· 大专及以上学历,工程管理、机械、电气、工业工程等相关专业优先

· –3 年建厂、工程项目或制造业相关经验,优秀应届生亦可

· 熟悉建厂流程或工程项目管理基础者优先

· 熟练使用 Office 办公软件,具备基本数据和文件整理能力

· 具备良好的沟通协调能力,能与内外部团队有效合作

· 工作认真负责,执行力强,能适应项目型工作节奏

· 能接受驻厂、出差及阶段性加班安排
