Job Description

We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in Project Management / Quantity Surveying to support an infrastructure project at NSC 111. The role involves project coordination, cost management, site control, and stakeholder liaison to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overall project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, valuations, and claims.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and variations.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and site activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Support project documentation and reporting requirements
