Project Management Specialist

Tracker requires the services of a Project Management Specialist to oversee and perform projects related functions in the IT Infrastructure Department. The Project Management specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT initiatives and operational improvement projects across the IT Operations department. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business needs while coordinating technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The Project Manager also supports operational readiness initiatives such as system upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and service continuity activities to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

SLA Management

• Measure adherence to SLA for internal/external customers.
• Report to management on adherence to SLA for internal/external customers.
• Ensure compliance of changes submitted and all registered project.
