Experience Range -15-20 Years

Qualification- BE (Mechanical)/ Electrical / Equivalent

Role Description

1. Ensuring achieving Revenue and GVA to meet ABP plans.

2. Project Planning: Preparing L1 to L5 plans in software tools with milestone targets. Project scheduling and controlling: Tracking engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistic and site progress.

3. Commercial activity: Initiate and track bank Guarantees and letter of credits, tax and duty on various deliverables

4. Knowledge of In co Terms

5. Expertise in handling contract and legal terms and Escalation, Change order management and defend LD

6.Invoicing:Preparing invoicing plans, controlling physical, accounting Invoicing, CIP & WIP Profitability

7. Controlling CTC and OTD with increased AGVA than bid GVA
