Project Management Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee and maintain the Project and Risk Registries, ensuring projects meet approved scope, timelines, budgets, and PMO standards.
• Coordinate with department heads and project managers to monitor progress, manage risks, implement change management, and report critical updates to management.
• Lead project assessments, post-implementation reviews, and stakeholder satisfaction documentation, consolidating lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any business-related course, with at least 1 year of relevant project management experience in Logistics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and intermediate in MS Word and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving abilities; Six Sigma Yellow Belt and/or CAPM certification is an advantage.
