Project Manager, AFRY Industry Division

We are looking for a Project Manager to our Industry division to work in various project management and engineering management tasks in large EPCM or Detail Engineering projects.

Work Tasks

• Engineering and project management in different phases of industrial projects.
• Ensure project delivery in accordance with the AFRY EPCM model and governing documents.
• Lead, coach and coordinate the Project Management Team and cross‑discipline leads (engineering, procurement, construction), including resource planning and competence assurance.
• Establish and run robust planning, reporting and cost control processes.
• Drive effective change management and reporting of deviations.
• Lead proactive risk & opportunity management and maintain the risk register.
• Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management, e.g. lead client interfaces, partner/supplier negotiations and steering‑group reporting.
