About the Role
We're looking for a
highly structured, client-facing Project Manager
based in
Colombia
to lead AI and software automation projects end to end.
This role goes far beyond task tracking. You'll act as the
operational and organizational core of client projects
, translating client vision into clear architectures, workflows, and deliverables, while coordinating closely with internal teams and leadership.
You will work closely with company leadership initially, then progressively take full ownership of projects, from discovery and architecture to execution, testing, and delivery.
