What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Lead end-to-end AI / high-density data center construction delivery
✅ Manage contractors & vendors across MEP, BMS, fire protection, security, network readiness & fit-out works
✅ Drive commissioning readiness, testing, handover & operational turnover
✅ Oversee RFIs, NCRs, inspections, punch lists & document control governance
✅ Handle contract administration, variations, EOTs & project reporting
✅ Ensure smooth coordination across complex construction dependencies
